Our strategy in Career Management is to create and implement the systematics that allows the career planning and management of Havaş employees in a way to optimize the organizational needs and their competences. It is the basic principle of HAVAŞ to determine employees having potential and to get them ready for jobs requiring more responsibility by giving them professional knowledge, skills and development possibilities in parallel to the developments in the organization.
