Professional trainings are dedicated to improvement of emloyees knowledge and skills related to the work. Professional trainings of employees are planned annually, according to requirements of the company and they are performed according position, performance assessment result and career plan of the employees.

Trainings organized by Training and Development Management of Human Resources are performed by trained and experienced local trainers at the station. Professional trainings are held as classroom and/or on-the-job trainings. Refresher trainings are delivered to update the work informaiton of employees.Participation document/certificate is given to employees at the end of these trainings.

Participation in internal or outsourced personal development and managerial trainings is ensured depending on position, requirement, performance assessment result and career plan of employees.
