Havaş helps employees in identifying their knowledge and skills, determines their needs for improvement together with them, enables the satisfaction of these needs via appropriate training programs.
Professional training is dedicated to the improvement of employees’ occupational knowledge and skills. Professional training of employees is scheduled annually, in order to meet the requirements of international standards and the DGCA Training Manual, and to fulfill the needs of the company. They are performed according to the position, performance assessment results and career plans of the employees.
Training organized by the Human Resources and Training Department is performed by DGCA approved professional and/or other trainers. Professional training sessions are held as in-class and/or on-the-job training. Refresher training is also provided to update the occupational knowledge of employees. Participation document/certificate is given to participants at the end of the training. ..
Participation in internal or outsourced personal development and managerial trainings is ensured depending on position, requirement, performance assessment result and career plan of employees.
