Warehouses are industrial plants built for the protection of goods withheld by the customs. The expected conditions and qualifications of these areas are defined by regulations during their establishment. Warehouses are also part of the customs regime where goods can be kept indefinitely as long as they are stored in line with legislative regulations and no taxes are incurred for the goods during the period in which they are in storage.

Warehouse Management is a supplementary element that is the follow-up function of ground handling services for aircraft, which is the main business area of Yer Hizmetleri A.Ş. Havaş.  Having seized the opportunity to enter into the sector by taking over the export warehouse at Atatürk Airport on 19.12.2005, Havaş continues to provide services with the Temporary Storage which is also set up at Atatürk Airport. Parallel to developments in the sector, projects for setting up warehouses at the other international airports in our country are on the agenda. Temporary Storage has also been in service at Ankara Station since19.10.2010.
At our warehouses the latest technologic hardware and software are used during the period from the receipt of the cargo until its delivery. At our export warehouse, online information of the cargo is sent to the customer via email.
Our customers may also track the status of their cargo with the airway bill number through the online  services Bill of Lading Query  screen.

The security services of our warehouses are maintained by TAV Private Security Services A.Ş., a company specialized in this area providing the security services of Atatürk Airport, Esenboğa Airport and Adnan Menderes Airport.
In addition to private security, our warehouses are monitored and recorded 24 hours with CCTV camera system. These records are kept for three years. Our warehouses are equipped with special systems against natural disasters (fire, earthquake, flood, etc) and necessary precautions are taken.
Cargos are also insured against all kinds of losses and damages during the acceptance process, while being loaded onto the plane or being delivered to the customer and they are secured by Havaş.
