As Havaş, we aim to increase female employment.

As Havaş, in line with our principle of “Equal in opportunities, fair in evaluations”, we make a difference by changing perceptions with our female employees in the ramp area, where physical strength is at the forefront in ground handling services. We strongly believe that women can be successful in every field, and we aim to increase female employment in ramp activities.
In the interviews we conducted with our female employees, we talked about what it means to be a woman in the ramp area, their experiences and the support they receive from their teammates. Our female employees stated that the solidarity and cooperation shown especially by their male colleagues further reinforced the team spirit.
At Havaş, being a team, supporting each other and working in solidarity, regardless of gender, is the basis of both success and enjoyment. Thanks to this approach, a strong team spirit, not gender, comes to the forefront in the ramp field.
